Your order will be processed and shipped within one
business day. Orders placed after 5PM Eastern
will be shipped the next business day. Within one business day of
placing your order, you should receive a UPS tracking number via e-mail
if a valid e-mail was provided during ordering. If you do not
receive your tracking number and would like one e-mailed to you, please contact

All orders are shipped via UPS unless going to a PO Box or unless
otherwise requested. From our experience with UPS, they are on-time 99%
of the time. However, certain circumstances may arrive that will
delay your order such as bad whether. We cannot be held responsible
for delays in shipping due to problems beyond our control. In rare
circumstances where the customer pays for next business day UPS and it
does not make it in time, we cannot give refunds in shipping. If you
