When paying by PERSONAL CHECK, we will not ship out your product until your check has cleared our bank.

We are unable to ship via Fed-Ex to any PO Boxes. These packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service, and usually will arrive at your address within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday). C.O.D. is not available.

When using your CREDIT CARD please make sure of the following:

• The credit card is active, valid, and has enough credit available.

• Be sure you know your billing address (the address where you receive your credit card bill.) Please be sure the name and address you enter is the correct billing name and address. If the name and address you enter does not match the name and address that the credit card company has for that credit card account, the order will be cancelled.

• Any order that has an invalid email address will not be shipped. Please make sure you enter a valid email address.

• Please make sure you enter a valid day time phone number where you the card holder can be reached if necessary.

WE CHECK EXTENSIVELY FOR LOST, STOLEN OR FRAUDULENTLY USED CREDIT CARDS. FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD ORDERS WILL BE PURSUED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!
